The State EMS Advisory Board, Workforce Development Committee will be presenting their project on a new agency accreditation program, that will showcase excellence in EMS agencies. They will also discuss their new EMS Leadership Program that will emphasize the importance of strong leaders in the EMS field.
Billing for Services

Many agencies who never thought that they would need to bill for services, may need to look at this option to help recoup the funding necessary to keep the agency running. Staff from the Diversified Ambulance Billing Company will be on hand to discuss how you can start billing for services. They will not discuss their services, just how you can take advantage of this opportunity.
Utilizing eResources in EMS Education

Managing an increased workload with limited faculty and fewer budget dollars? Finding it difficult to effectively engage students with diverse learning styles?

In this short presentation, we will explore the capabilities of a robust, dynamic learning management system, educator and student resource materials and how to implement an online platform with facilitated learning sessions. Find out how to manage and house all of your classes – initial, continuing education, faculty development, student virtual clinical management and assessment items in one area that can be accessed from anywhere you have a computer and an internet connection. Training and Orientation for the New State ePPCR Program
Come join us for a training and overview of the new Web based PPCR program. All agencies should familiarize themselves with this new system and be ready for the transition. These seminars will give you a chance to see the new program first hand, learn about the benefits and how this program will make reporting your PPCR data so much easier!
Times and location will be announced as we get closer to symposium, and will be e-mailed to all Symposium registrants and included in the on-site guide so you can figure out a time that is convenient for you to attend.
