Password Retrieval Procedures
Important Information – Please read carefully
On December 1, 2008, the web-based EMS Instructor interface was updated. This new interface now allows instructors to work and
interact in real-time with the OEMS Training, Testing and Certification database.
As a part of these changes, the Office implemented a new feature to allow instructors to retrieve forgotten passwords or reset a password.
Please review the following situations and follow the one that most closely describes your reason for visiting this page:
For instructors who have not yet used the new EMS Instructor interface

Click on the link below and you will be redirected to the new EMS Instructor Application.

When you are prompted for your “User Name” and “Password” use your full certification number as your login (e.g. E123456789) or certification number with out program level (e.g. 123456789) and provide the application with the password you used in the old system.

If you have forgotten this password or it will not work for you, please e-mail the VDH Helpdesk and request a password reset at:
oim_webappshelp@vdh.virginia.gov.
NOTE - In your email please state that you would like your password reset for the EMS Instructor Interface.

For instructors who have not used the new EMS Instructor interface and have forgotten their password

If you have not used the new EMS Instructor application and you have either forgotten your password or your password will not work for you, please e-mail the VDH Helpdesk and request a password reset at:
oim_webappshelp@vdh.virginia.gov.
NOTE - In your email please state that you would like your password reset for the EMS Instructor Interface.
