Training Manager
Warren has been with Office for over 20 years. He oversees the Division of Educational Development and his focus is on the following broad areas:
- Issues for Medical Direction Committee
- Issues for Professional Development Committee
- Program Speakers for Upcoming Symposiums
- National Issues Involving Curriculum
- Atlantic EMS Council Questions
Tom Nevetral
ALS Training Specialist
Tom has been with the Office for over 7 years and he specializes in the Advanced Life Support side of the house. Tom coordinates the following areas:
- Continuing Education / Agency CE Reports
- ALS Training Programs
- ALS Coordinators
- Virginia Enhanced Testing
- National Registry Testing
Greg Neiman
BLS Training Specialist
Greg is the newest member of the DED staff. Greg comes to the Office after serving as the Paramedic Program Director for J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College. Greg is an EMT-Instructor and ALS Coordinator. His position focuses on Basic Life Support training program requirements for the Commonwealth. His areas of responsibility include:

- ALS / BLS Certification
- Training Questions from Other States
Terry Coy
Audio Visual Technician
Terry has been in the AV industry for over 20 years and is a great asset to Office. He is responsible for:
- Satellite coordinates for EMSAT
- Content of EMSAT programs
- Topics/instructors for future EMSAT programs
- Problems with EMSAT videotapes
- AV Presentation Needs (LCD projectors, etc.)
Chad Blosser
QA/QI Coordinator
Chad comes to the Office from the private sector after having worked in postsecondary education accreditation and training. While in the private section, he assessed program and training needs as well as developed new programs ensuring compliance with state regulations and accreditation guidelines.
His administrative experience includes policy and procedure development, quality assurance, interdepartmental communications, and operations control. His areas of responsibility include:
