The Virginia Office of EMS (OEMS) is experiencing an issue in the E-Gift system pertaining to the importation of vehicles (
) from the OEMS data. Currently, the system is importing all vehicles that the agency has ever owned, including those vehicles sold, traded, disposed, etc.
TO FIX: First, agencies MUST delete (
) the vehicles that are not in their fleet and hit Save (
). Then, they can go in and enter all of the mileage for the current vehicles and hit Save and Continue (
).
