This course is designed for all public-sector emergency responders to provide awareness-level information on terrorist incidents. This course will define terrorism and the challenges facing emergency responders today. Through case histories the students will receive information on recognition, scene control, self-protection, and tactical considerations. The course will cover terrorist crime scenes, bombing incidents, chemical agent incidents, biological agent incidents, nuclear terrorism and planning considerations. There are no prerequisites for this course.
