The Office of Emergency Medical Services is seeking to constantly survey the EMS System in Virginia while responding to COVID-19. Two critical aspects of the system response is the workforce and personal protective equipment (PPE). Please complete the survey below as frequently as necessary based upon your agency’s workforce and PPE status.
NOTE: We are assessing EMS agency PPE needs with this survey. This does not guarantee that VDH/OEMS will be able to supply all or any of your requested PPE items, but this information is necessary to ensure VDH/OEMS can prioritize any allocations of supplies we are able to secure.
