Trauma Triage Dashboard

Note: This dashboard displays the prior CDC Field Trauma Triage Guidelines (Steps 1, 2, and 3). As of January 2025, Virginia gained the ability to track the updated ACS Red and Yellow Trauma Triage Criteria following the full transition to the NEMSIS v3.5 data standard. The OEMS Epidemiology team is currently focused on disseminating targeted Short Reports that evaluate these updated Red and Yellow criteria and their impact on trauma triage in Virginia. This dashboard will be updated to incorporate the revised Red and Yellow criteria at a later date, following continued evaluation.
